Yamaha India which made a return in the Indian market with two refreshingly new bikes YZF 15 and FZ-16 last year stole the show at various auto awards this year.
The stylish FZ16 which is already giving a tough competition in the premium 150cc segment ( it is believed its sales are second only to the market leader pulsar’s) won both the ‘Bike of the year’ and ‘Viewer’s choice ‘ awards at the UTVi Autocar Awards 2009.
While Yamaha’s YZF R15 with its true sports bike look won the ‘Bike of the year’ award at the CNBC-TV18 Overdrive awards 2009.
So its return for the Yamaha in awards as well.

Some R-15 owners have reported a problem with the bike .The problem is caused when there is an obstruction in the gap in the fairing which is present at the right-side.The obstruction most of the times a cleaning cloth has caused the cloth and fairing to burn (some reports of engine burring have also been heard but have to check the authenticity of engine burn reports).Yamaha is offering a free upgrade to a new fairing panel which includes a mesh lining which avoids easy access to the engine.

A study says only 10 in 100 people who make new year resolutions stick to them.
This is the first time that I'm writing down my new year resolutions on a paper (blog whatever) .
Sleep early,wake up early:
these days I'm becoming insomniac in the nights and tend to sleep during very weird hours of the day.I want to avoid this .
“ Early to bed early raise”
Eat healthy:
during last year there were weeks when not a single day went with out me eating outside food.So decided to eat more of homemade food and avoid outside food. Its going to be less of Chinese, burgers, pizzas,French fries, and Hyderabadi biryani this year.
Study for the GRE:
Now that I've already booked the date for GRE (19th Feb) , i need to start some serious preparation.
If you remember i talked about some stats in the beginning, yes 90% of the people fail to keep up their new year resolutions.I’ll hope to be a part of the other 10% who stick to their resolution.
