The red colour is beautifully used at the rear near the grab rails, shocks and also only the rear wheel has red alloys and mild usage of red on the rear view mirror make the new Cbz X-treme look beautiful.

The tails lamp and overall back view is better because of the new clear lens indicators.

The X-treme attitude of the bike, is reflected in the features and styling. Bold colours and bold patterns are complemented with a unique styling philosophy. Some of the features are adapted from race track patterns. The style follows the 'X' pattern, where the tank, visor, front fender and the rear cast wheel have the same colour; and the seat, engine and the front wheel are black. This feature of different coloured wheel is a firstof-its-kind in India. The new vibrant orange colour which has been introduced also goes with the sporty character of the bike.

Features like New aggressive visor, Racy speedometers, colour changes in Handlebar, Muffler cover & Side cover scoops add to the character.

The CBZ X-treme engine features ATFT - Advanced Tumble Flow Induction Technology. This revolutionary technology creates a Tumble Turbulence of air and petrol mixture to improve combustion to get the optimum balance of Power & Fuel Efficiency.

On the advice of a bystander this person laid still as 8 bogies of the train passed over him just inches away from his head . The man was unhurt after the incident .

~ Enters 150cc Bike Market Segment ~

New Delhi, October 23, 2008: Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of one of the world’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, announced the launch of its all-new GS150R for the Indian market today in Delhi. This also marks the motorcycle major’s arrival in the country’s 150cc market segment. The dynamic GS150R will be offered in four electric colours – blue, orange, grey and black.
Giving cutting-edge technology a new name, the latest bike from Suzuki stable would ensure a smooth, comfortable riding experience to the rider. GS150R’s engine has been specially designed to fulfill conflicting demands of acceleration and fuel efficiency – the most significant aspect in city riding.
Launching the charismatic bike Mr. Atul Gupta, Vice President (Sales and Marketing) said, “Riding on the burgeoning biking segment in India, we, at Suzuki, are all geared up to spice up the competition with our impulsive GS150R. Packed with the perfect combination of terrific power and stunning looks, GS150R will be synonymous with authority on the Indian roads.”

Armed with world’s first eco-mode-equipped engine rpm indicator, the new bike has a unique GSX-R-derived engine rpm indicator lights that provide indication to the rider about the optimum up-shift timing. Moreover, sporty style headlight, with built-in positioning light inspired from Suzuki international super bike, GSX-R, gives GS150R a very distinct and muscular look. The bike also boasts of a super sleek, streamlined aerodynamic shaped LED Tail Lamp and Integrated Rear Turn Signals based on GSX-R styling, which takes the style quotient to the next level.
In addition, the bike has a Majestic Fuel Tank bringing high user satisfaction with the impression of being ‘stronger’. The shock absorber has a separate oil reservoir, which facilitates oil cooling effectively, thereby, ensuring growth in its performance. Its Engine Balancer Technology, equipped with ‘balancer driven gear fitted with a rubber damper’, further delivers a more comfortable riding experience to the bike enthusiasts.

Hero Honda's Diwali Launches

Hero Honda India's largest bike manufacturer has launched four new motorcycle and scooter variants to cash in on the diwali festive season.

First among the new releases is the ' Passion Pro Power Start ' which is the self start version of the popular 100cc segment bike Passion.' Passion Pro Power Start' is priced at Rs 44,000 (ex-showroom Delhi).

Secondly , the new Splendour NXG which got some graphics change and a self-start but the price remains unchanged at Rs 41,990 (ex-showroom Delhi).

Thirdly , the new CBZ Xtereme which is all set to get a new engine. The ATFT technology which is already present in HH Hunk will be seen in the new CBZ Xtereme there will also be some graphics change .

Lastly, there is also a slightly changed gearless scooter HH Pleasure which is set to be sold at Rs 36,950 (ex-showroom Delhi).
